NOTES: Astros ace Roy Oswalt addressed reports that he has demanded that any trade require a team to pick up his $16 million option for 2012. "The money part I can work out with anybody," he said, without confirming or denying those reports. "That's no big deal. We can work on doing different things as far as restructuring, whatever they want to do. I think the biggest deal is trying to make it fit for both of us." ... Houston RHPs Brian Moehler and Jeff Fulchino both threw simulated games on Friday. Astros manager Brad Mills said Moehler, who is on the disabled list with a strained right groin, "felt a little tightness" during the session and that the team will know more about his status on Saturday. Mills said Fulchino (right elbow tendinitis) threw well and could be sent out on a rehabilitation assignment as early as Sunday. ... Fans were removed from the seating areas and moved to the concourse for a few minutes after a malfunction caused fire alarms to sound about an hour before the game. ... Gary Matthews Jr., who is currently playing for Triple-A Louisville, can opt out of his deal if he isn't brought up to the majors by Saturday. Reds manager Dusty Baker didn't say if he would be brought up, but did say he hopes he doesn't opt out of the deal if he isn't.
