Blue Jays rookie left-hander Brett Cecil has left Toronto's game against Baltimore in the fifth inning with a sore left knee.
Cecil was injured Saturday when he fell while trying to field a one-out bunt single by Robert Andino. Cecil was replaced by Brian Tallet.
He allowed two runs and five hits in 4 1-3 innings after coming in with a 5-1 record and a 4.36 ERA.
Andino entered the game in the third to replace second baseman Brian Roberts, who left with a bruised left shin after fouling a ball off his leg in the first inning.
Roberts drew a walk and ran the bases, and played the field in the first and second, but was replaced by Andino when his spot in the order came up again.
The Orioles said precautionary X-rays were negative.
