RHP Clay Condrey becomes free agent when Phillies decline to offer him 2010 contract
Right-hander Clay Condrey has become a free agent after the Philadelphia Phillies decided against offering him a contract for next season.
Condrey was 6-2 with a save and a 3.00 ERA in 45 games for the NL champion Phillies this year.
Philadelphia announced the move Saturday night.
