Young's RBI gives Texas win over Minnesota

ARLINGTON, Texas (Reuters) - Texas third baseman Michael Young drove in the winning run in the seventh inning as the Rangers took a 4-3 win over the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday.

Minnesota infielder Alexi Casilla had tied the game at 3-3 with an RBI double in the top of the inning before Young's RBI put the American League West-leading Rangers back in front.

Texas starter Colby Lewis pitched 6 1/3 innings and Neftali Feliz worked the ninth for his 32nd save of the year. Relief pitcher Darren Oliver took the win.

Twins starter Carl Pavano pitched eight innings and was tagged with the loss.

The Rangers (71-54) had also beaten the AL Central leading-Twins (72-54) 4-0 on Monday.
